# Terms

**1. Company**\
Trusted B.V., located at Stadhuisplein 10, 5611EM Eindhoven, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98910973, develops software for detection and prevention of voice and SMS fraud in telecom networks.

**2. Applicability**\
These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of products and services by Trusted B.V., unless agreed otherwise in writing.

**3. Services**\
Trusted B.V. provides software and related services for telecom fraud detection. Functionality and usage rights are defined in the specific agreement with the customer.

**4. Customer Obligations**\
The customer shall use the software in accordance with the agreed licence terms and shall not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the services.

**5. Liability**\
Trusted B.V. is only liable for direct damages resulting from an attributable failure, up to the limits specified in the agreement. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

**6. Privacy & Data Processing**\
If Trusted B.V. processes personal data, it does so in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Dutch law, solely for the purpose of performing the agreement.

**7. Payment**\
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment term. In case of late payment, Trusted B.V. may suspend services.

**8. Termination**\
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, subject to the contractual notice period, unless a statutory urgent reason applies under Dutch law.

**9. Governing Law**\
These terms and any related agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Trusted B.V. is established.
